You can upgrade to another component of higher value when desired and still retain the value on your initial investment.

   One thing we have learned is that when  music is played on a fine system that engages the listener,  there is magic, like listening to that great song on the radio that fills you with nostalgia and excitement or listening to a great live performance from superior musicians.

  But too often, with the never ending quest for an  exaggerated sense of detail, that wow factor or artificial  "resolution, " many products  today seem to have lost some of that magic. The emotional connection to music does not come from buying the most expensive components.  It is the result of a carefully assembled set of components which work in concert like  a great band... that serves the music and draws in the listener.

Upgrade Policy

To allow our customers to slowly upgrade their system at a pace which suits their schedule, we offer a generous trade in allowance set with the terms below.

Only new items purchased from Tone of Music  Audio are eligible for our upgrade program. We will give you 100% credit toward the purchase of any item.

The item being upgraded to must be twice the full retail value of the item traded in.

The trade in item must be in excellent -like new condition with out cosmetics  flaws or performance issues.

The item traded in must be a current production model.

Cartridges, digital products, racks , discounted, sale  or consignment items do not qualify. Accessories are excluded from the trade up -upgrade program, certain exceptions may be made solely at our discretion.

The upgrade program cannot be combined any other discounts, sales  or promotions.
